In the body of your e-mail, please include:
The name of the product
A short description of the issue
Your system type (Windows, Macintosh, etc.)
Your contact information
All e-mails will be answered within one business day.
Minimum System Requirements
· 2.0 GHz processor or higher
· 512MB of system memory
· Support for DirectX 9 graphics and 64MB of graphics memory
· 1024x768 screen resolution
· Audio output
· Broadband Internet access: DSL or Cable (minimum bandwidth 1Mbps to have a better navigation experience. For High Quality videos, 2Mbps minimum)
